چکیده

This study aims to analyze the combination of grape leaf ethanol extract ( Vitis vinifera ) and cisplatin increase peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARγ) expression inhibit HeLa cell proliferation in vitro. research described a new therapy method. included cytotoxicity test, test with 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) Assay, PPARγ using immunofluorescence The anticancer effects (2.5, 5, 10 mg/mL) were studied through phytochemical assays. In this study, increased significantly mg/mL + cisplatin. proved be more effective than single (p < 0.05). Cisplatin polyphenolic active compounds (phenolics) can cervical cancer cells. Combination inhibited survival Keywords: Grape Leaves, Cell Proliferation, Ethanol Extract, PPARγ, Phenolic Test DOI: https://doi.org/10.35741/issn.0258-2724.58.3.13

LncRNA Miat Promotes Proliferation of Cervical Cancer Cells and Acts as an Anti-apoptotic Factor

There are a sub-population of cells in tumor tissues known as cancer stem cells (CSCs) which have similar features with stem cells, including self-renewal and differentiation capacity. Recently, it was established that not only stem cells factors such as Oct4, but also ES-associated lncRNAs are contributing to various regulatory aspects of CSCs. Myocardial infarction associated transcript (MIAT...
